Christmas Day

Christmas morning my parents and my brother came over to see my son Gavin open gifts. I had coffee and muffins for everyone. It was really nice. We all got wonderful gifts and it was a great Christmas. Later we went to Luke's mom's for Christmas dinner. My favorite Christmas memory this year was on the way back to Mobile. I was driving and it began to snow. YES, snow in Mobile county. It was so cool. I pulled over at a gas station and we got out and watched the snow for about 15 minutes until the sleet started again. I tried to get some pictures of the snow but it was not that much so it did not show up on film but it really was snowing. I think that Gavin got some pictures with his new camera that I will upload later. I hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas. We had planned to not have a Christmas tree this year because Mardi Gras is so early and there is a money issue but Christmas Eve I had to have a tree and all the lots were closed so we ended up getting a fake tree (which I hate) but at least it was a tree.
